The Med Spa Liaison is owned and operated by Summer Takkouch. Summer has over 18 years of sales and management experience in the Health and MedSpa fields. During those years, building successful teams, training on effective consultations, and managing operations has given her the insight and systems knowledge of how to create and run a successful Medical Spa.
As a winner of several performance awards, Summer wanted to extend a helping hand to the MedSpa owners who are struggling to figure out how to run an efficient practice and optimize their business performance.
Whether it involves a practice efficiency evaluation and some words of wisdom, training the team, or getting her hands dirty by literally managing the sales and operations for the practice, Summer is dedicated to helping her clients with a customized approach to take their Med Spa's success to the next level.
